Guest Accounts
Let guests sign in without a password, view their bookings, and earn loyalty tiers.
Guest Accounts lets visitors create an account on your site and sign in using a one-time verification code—so there is never a password to forget. Guests can view their bookings in one place, while you can track how much each member spends over time.
Both Booking and Reviews require Guest Accounts to be turned on.
Turn on Guest Accounts
Open Guest Accounts from Addons and switch on Enable membership on this site. Guest Accounts is free on every plan.
Choose sign-in methods
Under Authentication method, choose how guests verify their identity when signing in:
- Email OTP: Sends a one-time code by email (available on every plan).
- WhatsApp OTP: Sends a one-time code via WhatsApp (available on paid plans).
- Sign in with Google: Under Social login, allow guests to sign in with their Google account instead of entering a code.
Set up loyalty levels (Membership levels)
You can reward repeat guests with automatic loyalty tiers based on their total spending:
- Under Membership levels, click Add your first level.
- Set the tier's Name (for example,
"Gold"), the Minimum spending required to reach it, and a Benefits description. - Guests automatically move up to higher tiers as their spending grows.
Manage members
Click Members in the sidebar (under Shortcuts) to see everyone who has registered on your site:
- View each member's Level, Status, Total spend, and last active date, or search by name, email, or phone number.
- Click View profile on a member to inspect their verification history and loyalty details.
- Click Suspend to block a member from signing in, or Reactivate to restore their access.
