Media Library
Upload photos and files once, and reuse them anywhere on your site.
The Media Library is enabled automatically for every new site. Click Media Library in the sidebar to open it.
Upload files
Drag and drop images into the upload area, or click it to browse files from your device:
- Maximum file size: Up to 3 MB per file.
- Automatic optimisation & security: Uploaded images are automatically resized so your pages load quickly, and every file is scanned for malware (any file flagged as Infected is blocked).
- Synced with the content editor: Photos you upload directly inside the content editor (for example, to a tour's gallery) are automatically saved to your Media Library as well.
Organise and find files
- Folders: Click New folder and enter a Folder name. You can rename or delete folders from their menu. (Deleting a folder does not delete the files inside it—they simply move back to All files.)
- Search & view: Search using Search files..., narrow results with Quick filters, and switch between Grid view and List view.
- Direct link: Click Copy URL to copy a file's web address.
Delete a file
Before deleting a file, check the file panel to see if it is currently used on your site—if so, it displays File is in use along with its references.
Deleting a file removes it permanently. Any page or tour that was using that file will show a missing image.
Storage
Your site's plan includes a built-in storage allowance, displayed under Storage.
- Need more space? Click Upgrade storage and choose a storage add-on. Storage add-ons are billed monthly (with the first period prorated).
