Popups
Display announcements, special offers, and sign-up forms to your site visitors.
Click Popups in the sidebar, and switch on Show popups on my site.
Create a popup
Start a new popup
Click Create popup.
Add your content and call to action
- Under Popup Content, fill in:
- Campaign name: For your own reference in the dashboard (visitors do not see this).
- Title and Description: The heading and message visitors see.
- Image (optional) and Content layout.
- Under Call to Action, optionally add a Button label and Destination URL.
Set your display rules and appearance
Under Display Rules, choose when and where the popup appears:
- Pages: Which page paths the popup appears on (add at least one path).
- Trigger: Show On page load or After delay.
- Frequency: Show Every visit, Once per session, Once per day, or Until dismissed.
- Schedule: Optional start and end dates. Leave both blank if the popup should not expire.
- Appearance: Choose the Size, Shape, Position, and Animation.
Preview, save, and activate
- Check how your popup looks in the Preview tab on both Desktop and Mobile.
- Click Save draft to keep it unpublished, or click Create popup / Save changes and then Activate to make it live.
Manage existing popups
In your popups list, each campaign displays its status: Active, Draft, Paused, or Expired (when its scheduled end date has passed). Open any campaign's menu to Edit, Activate / Pause, Duplicate, or Delete it.
Popups go live immediately: Popups are not part of your site's draft. As soon as you Activate a popup, it appears on your live site right away without needing to publish. Click Pause anytime to take it down.
