Current prices are displayed on the plans page. Choosing Yearly billing gives you two months free.

Every theme and every addon is available on every plan—including the Free plan.

Free plan limits

  • One Free site per account — Every new site starts on the Free plan. To create a second site, upgrade your first site to a paid plan.
  • 5 online bookings in total — This limit applies across the site's lifetime:
    • Walk-in bookings and test bookings made on the preview site do not count.
    • Cancelled online bookings do count.
    • You can check how many bookings you have used on the plans page.

What happens when a Free site reaches 5 online bookings:

  1. The site stops accepting new online bookings.
  2. We email you the date the site is scheduled to go offline (30 days later), along with a reminder 7 days before.
  3. If you upgrade before that date, your site stays online without interruption.

Upgrade a site

Choose a plan and billing cycle

On Site plans, select Monthly or Yearly, then click Upgrade to ... on the plan you want.

Complete payment

Review the price and click Continue to payment. Your new plan starts as soon as the payment goes through.

If you are upgrading from another paid plan, you are only charged the price difference for the remainder of your current billing period.

A plan also determines your site's mode: Booking Engine sets it as a booking engine, while Full Site sets it as a full website. Switching between them changes your site's mode—your dashboard updates immediately, and your live site updates the next time you publish.

Downgrade or move to Free

To switch to a lower tier:

  1. Click Switch to ... on the lower plan or on Free.
  2. Nothing is charged immediately—your site keeps its current plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then switches over.
  3. Changed your mind? Click Keep ... any time before the period ends to stay on your current plan.

Renewals and missed payments

  • 7 days before renewal: A renewal invoice is generated. You will see Payment required on the Billing page and receive an email notification.
  • 7 days after due date (if unpaid): The site is suspended—your live site goes offline and you cannot open it in the dashboard.
    • Pay the open invoice and your site comes straight back online.
    • While a renewal invoice is unpaid, you cannot change your plan (Pay the open invoice first)—except to move to Free, which voids the unpaid invoice and brings the site back online.

Founding Merchant price

Accepted Founding Merchants see their Founding Merchant price on the plans page for the number of months included in their offer. This special pricing stays with the site even if the site is transferred.
