Online Payments

Accept card, QRIS, e-wallet, and bank transfer payments directly through your own payment gateway account.

Online Payments connects your own Midtrans, DOKU, or Xendit account to your site. Guests pay online when they book, reservations are confirmed automatically as soon as payment clears, and the funds go straight into your gateway balance—Qwickraft never holds your money.

Online Payments is included on every plan (including Free). You only pay your payment gateway's standard transaction fees.

1. Turn on Online Payments

Open Payments (from Addons, or from Shortcuts in the sidebar once enabled) and click Turn on Online Payments.

2. Connect a payment gateway

You can configure two separate modes, each with its own API keys:

  • Live: Processes real payments from bookings made on your published site.
  • Test: Simulates payments for test bookings made on your draft preview (your-name.qwickraft.com). No real money moves.

Choose your provider

Under the mode you want to configure (Live or Test), click Connect a gateway and select Midtrans, DOKU, or Xendit.

Paste your API keys

Copy the required keys from your payment gateway's dashboard and paste them into Qwickraft:

GatewayWhere to find the keys in your gateway dashboardKeys to paste into Qwickraft
MidtransSettings → Access KeysServer key (and optionally Client key)
DOKUIntegration → API KeysClient ID and Secret key
XenditSettings → API KeysSecret key (must have write access to Payment Sessions) and Webhook verification token

Use your gateway's Sandbox / Test keys for Test mode, and Production / Live keys for Live mode.

Save your keys

Click Save and use ....

Set up the Webhook URL in your gateway

Copy the Webhook URL displayed under your connected gateway in Qwickraft, and paste it into your gateway's dashboard:

  • Midtrans: Settings → Payment → Notification URL
  • DOKU: Integration → Notification URL
  • Xendit: Settings → Webhooks → Payment Session

Do not skip the Webhook URL step—without it, Qwickraft cannot know when a guest has completed payment.

Test the connection

Click Test connection in Qwickraft to verify that your keys work properly.

Switching or turning off gateways

Only one gateway can be active per mode at a time. Connecting a different gateway automatically switches the previous one off, while keeping its keys saved in case you want to switch back later.

  • Click Update keys to replace your API keys.
  • Click Turn off to disable online payments (guests will pay offline instead).

3. Enable online payment on your tours

In each tour's Booking Settings, set Payment collection to Online, or set Confirmation to Require Payment.

Viewing transactions

The Transactions list records every payment attempt along with its Reference, Amount, Status (Paid, Pending, Unsuccessful, etc.), and payment Method.

  • You can search and filter transactions by date.
  • If a payment appears stuck, click Check status to query the payment gateway for the latest status.

Payouts/withdrawals, refunds, and enabled payment methods (such as QRIS, virtual accounts, or cards) are managed directly inside your Midtrans, DOKU, or Xendit dashboard—not inside Qwickraft.
