Reviews
Collect verified reviews from guests who booked with you, and sync your Google Business reviews.
Click Reviews under Addons (or from Shortcuts in the sidebar once enabled).
1. Sync your Google reviews
- Click Connect Google Business Profile and sign in with the Google account that manages your business.
- Select your business location under Which location is this site?.
Your Google reviews will appear in Qwickraft and stay synced automatically (new Google reviews show up within a few hours).
- Reply from Qwickraft: You can reply to any Google review right from your dashboard—Your reply is posted publicly on Google underneath the review.
- Disconnecting: Disconnecting your Google Business Profile only removes those reviews from Qwickraft; nothing is changed or deleted on Google.
2. Collect reviews on your site
Reviews submitted directly on your site only come from verified guests who have booked with you, which means both Guest Accounts and Booking must be turned on first. Switch on Reviews to start collecting them, then configure:
- Publish new reviews automatically:
- Off (recommended): New reviews wait for your manual approval before appearing on your site.
- On: New reviews are published to your site immediately.
- Star ratings in Google: Set the minimum number of approved reviews a tour needs before its star rating is eligible to appear in Google search results.
- Review request email: Switch on Send review request emails to automatically send a one-time email to each guest after their booking date, inviting them to leave a review. You can customise both the Subject and Message.
3. Approve, reject, or reply to reviews
New guest reviews arrive with a Pending status:
- On each review, choose Approve review, Reject review, or Mark as spam, and optionally write a public reply.
- Only approved reviews are shown on your site.
- Click Review insights in the sidebar to track your rating trends over time.
If you see Your plan doesn't include Reviews, check Plans and billing for plan details.
