Import your listings

Turn a tour you sell on an OTA into a draft on your own site, review it, and add it.

If you already sell a tour on GetYourGuide, Klook, Traveloka or Tiket.com, Qwickraft can read that listing and write it up for your site: a fresh description in your words, plus the price, duration, inclusions, itinerary and photos. You check everything before it goes on your site.

Only import listings you operate. Reviews and ratings from the OTA are never copied.

Start an import

Open your site and click Import listings in the sidebar (under Content).

Paste the link of the tour's page on the OTA, for example https://www.klook.com/activity/.... It must be the page of one tour, not a search or destination page.

Choose the language to write in: Write in English or Tulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia.

Click Import. It takes about half a minute. The import appears under Your imports and moves through Waiting, Reading the page and Writing your listing to Ready to review. You can leave the page meanwhile.

If an import shows Failed, the reason is written under it - for example the page could not be read, or it does not look like a tour listing. Check the link and try again.

Review and add it

Click an import marked Ready to review (or Review next import). The Review imported tour page has four panels.

Listing - Title, Short description (up to 160 characters), Description (leave a blank line between paragraphs), Highlights and Included / Not included (one per line), Important information, Pickup / meeting point and Location.

Itinerary - the steps of the tour. Click Step to add one, or the cross to remove one.

Photos - the photos found on the listing. Untick any you do not want. If you keep any photo, tick I own these photos or have the right to use them on my website.

Booking - how the tour is sold on your site:

  • Price per guest, in your site's currency. If the OTA listed several options, they are shown under Options on ...; click a price to use it as your base price. Add the other options as add-ons after the tour is created.
  • Departure times, 24-hour times separated by commas, such as 09:00, 13:00. The tour runs at these times every day. Leave it empty to take bookings by date only.
  • Guests per departure - how many people one departure can take.
  • Duration (minutes).

Needs check

Fields marked Needs check are ones the import could not be sure of: departure times and guests per departure (always), a price that is missing or in another currency, several options, a missing duration, inclusions that were guessed or only apply to some options, and any text that still mentions the OTA. Check the field, change it if needed, then click Looks right.

Save, add or discard

  • Save keeps your edits so you can come back later.
  • Add to my site saves and creates the tour: its page, its photos and its booking, which starts with manual confirmation and payment on site. You can change both in the tour's booking settings.
  • Discard drops the import. Nothing is added to your site.

The new tour is added to your draft. Visitors see it once you publish.

Limits

  • On the Free plan you can add 3 imported tours to a site, in total. Discarded and failed imports do not count.
  • A site can start up to 10 imports a day.
  • The same listing cannot be imported twice into one site while an earlier import of it is waiting or added.
