Publish

Publish your draft to your live domain, and see what Qwickraft checks beforehand.

In Qwickraft, you always edit a draft. Clicking Publish copies your entire draft to your live site at once—every change you have made since your last publish goes live together.

Before you publish

Make sure these two requirements are met:

  • A working domain is connected: Your live site needs a custom domain to go live on. See Connect a domain.
  • Bookable tours are completely set up: Every tour that has booking enabled must be ready to accept bookings. For example, if a tour is set to Require Payment, you must have an active payment gateway connected first. See Online Payments.

Publish your site

Open the Publish dialog

Click Publish in the top bar of your Overview page (or click the rocket button between Draft and Your live site).

Review any pre-publish checks

The Publish Changes dialog highlights anything that needs your attention:

  • Required items: Issues marked Required must be resolved before you can publish. Click Fix next to an item to jump straight to that setting, then come back to publish.
  • Advisory items: Other items are helpful reminders—such as tours that do not have booking turned on yet, or imported listings still waiting for review. These do not block you from publishing.

Publish now

Click Publish Now. Your changes will be live on your domain within a few seconds.

Once complete, your Overview page shows Live along with the time of your latest publish, and Publish history lists your recent published versions.

What updates immediately without publishing? Booking prices, seat availability, and reservations are not part of your draft—any changes to them take effect on your live site straight away.
