Import your listings

Turn a tour you already sell on an OTA into a draft on your own site, review the details, and add it.

If you already sell a tour on GetYourGuide, Klook, Traveloka, or Tiket.com, Qwickraft can read that listing and prepare it for your site. It generates a fresh description in your own words along with the price, duration, inclusions, itinerary, and photos—all ready for you to review before anything goes on your site.

Only import listings that you operate yourself. Reviews and ratings from the OTA are never copied.

Start an import

Open Import listings

Open your site and click Import listings in the sidebar (under Content).

Paste the direct link to the tour's page on the OTA (for example, https://www.klook.com/activity/...). Make sure it is the URL for a single tour, not a search results or destination page.

Choose the language

Choose the language you want your listing written in: Write in English or Tulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia.

Run the import

Click Import. The process takes about 30 seconds. Your import will appear under Your imports and progress through Waiting → Reading the page → Writing your listing → Ready to review. You can safely leave the page while it runs.

If an import shows Failed, the reason will be displayed underneath it (for example, the page could not be read or does not look like a single tour listing). Check the link and try again.

Review and add the tour

Click an import marked Ready to review (or click Review next import). The Review imported tour page is divided into four panels:

1. Listing

Review and edit the text for your tour page:

  • Title and Short description (up to 160 characters)
  • Description (leave a blank line between paragraphs)
  • Highlights, Included, and Not included (enter one item per line)
  • Important information, Pickup / meeting point, and Location

2. Itinerary

Check the step-by-step schedule of the tour. Click Step to add a new stop, or click the cross (×) to remove one.

3. Photos

Review the photos found on the listing:

  • Untick any photos you do not want to use.
  • If you keep any photos, tick I own these photos or have the right to use them on my website.

4. Booking

Set how the tour is sold on your site:

  • Price per guest (in your site's currency): If the OTA listing had multiple options, they are listed under Options on .... Click any option's price to use it as your base price. You can add the remaining options as add-ons after the tour is created.
  • Departure times: Enter 24-hour times separated by commas (such as 09:00, 13:00) if the tour runs at set times every day. Leave this empty if guests book by date only.
  • Guests per departure: How many guests a single departure can take.
  • Duration (minutes): How long the tour lasts.

Check fields marked "Needs check"

Fields marked Needs check are details Qwickraft could not verify automatically and need your confirmation:

  • Departure times and guests per departure (always flagged for you to confirm)
  • A price that is missing, in another currency, or chosen from multiple OTA options
  • A missing duration
  • Inclusions that were inferred or only apply to certain options
  • Any text that still mentions the OTA's name

Review each flagged field, adjust it if needed, and click Looks right.

Save, add, or discard

  • Save: Saves your edits as a draft import so you can finish reviewing later.
  • Add to my site: Saves your changes and creates the tour on your site (including its page, photos, and booking setup). New imported tours start with manual confirmation and payment on site—you can change both anytime in the tour's booking settings.
  • Discard: Deletes the import without adding anything to your site.

Once added, the new tour is saved to your site's draft. Visitors will see it on your live site after you publish.

Import limits

  • Free plan limit: You can add up to 3 imported tours to a site in total. Discarded and failed imports do not count toward this limit.
  • Daily limit: A site can start up to 10 imports per day.
  • No duplicates: The same OTA URL cannot be imported twice into the same site while an earlier import of that link is still waiting or already added.
