Manage your content

How tours, pages, and posts are listed, edited, published, and archived.

Everything visitors read on your site is content—your tours, and on a Full Website also pages, blog posts, testimonials, and more. Each category is called a content type and is listed under Content in the sidebar.

Browsing your content list

Click any content type in the sidebar to see all of its items:

  • Filter items: Filter the list by All status, Draft, or Published.
  • Edit or add items: Click an existing item to edit it, or click the Add ... button in the top bar (for example, Add tour) to create a new one.
  • Row actions: Open the menu on any row to Publish, Duplicate (creates a copy you can edit), Archive, or Delete permanently.

Item status vs. publishing your site

Every content item has its own status:

  • Draft: Saved in your dashboard, but hidden from your site (even after you publish your site).
  • Published: Ready to be shown on your site.

Remember that your site also has a draft and a live version:

  • When an item is set to Published, it appears immediately on your draft preview.
  • Visitors on your public domain will see it once you publish the site.

Editing an item

When you open an item, the editor is organised into:

  • Top tabs: Content, any extra tabs added by your theme (such as Itinerary), and SEO.
  • Right-hand column: Shows the item's status and, for bookable items, Booking Settings.

Saving, publishing, and archiving

  • Save changes: Saves your edits to the item.
  • Publish: Changes the item's status from Draft to Published. Once published, this button changes to Preview, which opens the item's page.
  • More actions (... menu):
    • Unpublish: Switches the item back to a Draft.
    • Archive item: Removes the item from your site and hides it from the main list. You can restore it anytime from the archive.

Delete permanently erases an item forever and cannot be undone. If you might need the item again later, use Archive instead.
