Go-live checklist
Follow the six steps on your Overview page to take a new site from draft to published.
Until you publish your site for the first time, the Overview page displays the Getting your site live checklist. Each step is ticked off automatically as soon as Qwickraft detects it is complete—you do not need to tick anything manually.
Import your listings
Click Import to bring a tour over from GetYourGuide, Klook, Traveloka, or Tiket.com. This step is marked complete as soon as you add an imported tour, or create any tour that accepts bookings. See Import your listings or Add a tour by hand.
Review your listings
Once an imported tour is ready to check, this step's button changes to Review so you can open and approve it. After you finish reviewing, the button changes to Edit content so you can update your tours anytime.
Choose your theme
Click Themes to browse and switch between available site designs. See Theme and branding.
Preview your website
Click Preview to open your draft at your-name.qwickraft.com and see how it looks to visitors. See Preview and share.
Connect your domain
To go live, your site needs your own custom domain (such as www.yourtours.com). Click Connect to set it up. See Connect a domain.
Publish your website
Click Publish. Before your site goes live, Qwickraft automatically checks your tours, booking rules, and payment settings to make sure everything is ready. See Publish.
Steps 3 (Choose your theme) and 4 (Preview your website) are saved in your current browser only. If you sign in from another browser or computer, they may appear unticked again—this will never block you from publishing your site.
